PAYMENT METHODS
We offer a range of options regarding payment for your order, from now on referred to as payment methods, which are as follows:
- Credit/Debit card (via ePay):
The customer pays the total amount of the order. This procedure happens via ePay’s payment gateway.
- Direct Bank Transfer (via BACS):
The customer makes a direct bank transfer to our business account (in Piraeus Bank).
- Cash on delivery (Greece only):
This is a service that is supported only for Greece, where we dispatch the item(s) purchased via a courier company. The customer pays our courier partner upon delivery with cash only.
